Ralt-Shinnen Facilitators Company Limited is an investment facilitation and business consultation service firm registered in the United Republic of Tanzania as per Section 15 of the Companies Act of 2002 administered under Business Registration and Licensing Agency (BRELA).
The Company has been issued with BRELA’s Certificate of Incorporation No. 141259059, effective from 12th day of March 2020 pursuant to the above mentioned Section 15 of Tanzania’s Companies Act of 2002. The entity in fulfilling taxation formalities (Laws and Regulations) is also a holder of Tax Identification No. 141-259-059, issued by Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) effective from 12th March 2020, pursuant to Section 23 of the Tax Administration Act, 2015.
